Are your products Gluten Free?
Unfortunately no. We use all purpose flour and cake flour to achieve our signature texture and taste.
Are there any other allergens present?
We do recommend to contact us if you are needing goodies for someone with a peanut allergy. Certain items do contain things such as peanut butter which can trigger a peanut allergy specifically.
How far in advance can I place my order?
We recommend placing your order as soon as you can! We will start production on your order based on desired pickup time for events.
How do I know my online order was received?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by phone or email.
When will I received my ordered items?
We currently do not ship items outside of due to the fragile nature of the cakes. We also prefer to show final custom products to you in person so you can make sure it's done to your satisfaction and so we can see the big smile on your face when you set your eyes on the yumminess!
Can I change the date of my order's pickup?
If your order is not in production, we will be happy to change its intended pickup date. To request a change to your pickup date, please contact us at and have your order number ready.
How soon can I pick up my order?
If for an event, your items will be ready day before or day of to ensure quality and freshness of the product for the event. For online orders, please allow a minimum 48 hours for production purposes. An email will be sent to you to notify you that your items will be ready for pickup in 24 hours. PICK UP MUST HAPPEN DURING STORE HOURS.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
A valid ID is present at the time of pickup to confirm that the person ordering is getting their order. In the case that you may need someone to pick up the items for you, please call or email us to inform us of the change. We would hate for your items to end up in the wrong hands!
Are your retail, non-perishable, items shippable?!
YES! Retails items can be shipped and the option is available at check out. Please allow 48 hours for a shipping notification to be sent to you.
Can I cancel an order?
To cancel an order you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order is already in production, we unfortunately will be unable to cancel your order.
Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept a variety of credit cards including American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card.
When will my credit card be charged?
We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. Your account will be charged within 24 to 48 hours.
